Hi Maurilio

I am trying to book a lab date in Sydney. I am continually presented with a message that “There are no available lab dates for the selections you made….” I thought the scheduling system should present “the next 5 available lab dates”.

This seems to occur even if I choose another testing location? And across several attempts over several weeks.

What do I need to do to find the next available timeslot? (I notice others have successfully booked 5-6 months in advance.) How far in advance can you book?

Thanks in advance for help with such a routine query.

Hi Kingsley,

The problem is that unfortunately we don’t have a full time Proctor in Sydney and so the lab is opened just certain dates through the year. You don’t see dates available because all dates are closed beyond October.

We are working to solve this problem as Sydney has a good demand. We will see this resolved probably by early 2008.

Regards,
Maurilio
